Caliche

Cliche is Salvadorian slag, which many times is strung together to make complete sentences then in turn causes me to doubt if I actually speak Spanish.

Here are some important ditchos and frases:

Vos - "you" used among friends and family an informal way to address someone.
Salu - like "goodbye"
Gina - flip flops/ sandals
bolo - A drunk
chuco - something that is dirty
chucho - a dog
guacal - large bowl, used to bath with or wash dishes/clothing with.
galán - cool, excellent, great!
