super weird bug

 At first I thought it was an ant carrying some little spec of lint 

but nope

this is an actual bug

And I have no clue of its official name, so I've dubbed it the 

lint bicho. 

Amendment: 

My new theory after a quick google is that we are seeing the Green Lacewing Larvae

The lacewing will collect debris and food remains to provide camouflage from birds.
